1. Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our facility.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@shippingcontainers.shop.
- If the container has already been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, and the return policy below will apply.
2. Returns
Due to the size, weight, and logistical complexity of shipping containers, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
2.1 Eligible Returns
A return may be accepted if:
- The container arrived damaged, defective, or not as described.
- You notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence.
2.2 Non-Eligible Returns
A return cannot be accepted for:
- Change of mind after delivery.
- Containers that have been modified, used, or altered after delivery.
- Containers delivered in the condition described in the product listing.
3. Return Process
If your return request is approved:
- We will arrange collection or instruct you on the return procedure.
- The container must be in the same condition as delivered.
- All transportation and handling costs for the return may be deducted from the final refund unless the container was faulty or incorrect due to our error.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned container, we will notify you of the refund status.
4.1 Approved Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
4.2 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply if:
- The container shows signs of use or damage after delivery.
- Return transportation costs apply (when the issue is not our fault).
4.3 Non-Refundable Items
- Custom-built or custom-modified containers.
- Delivery, crane fees, and other service charges once performed.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your container arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@shippingcontainers.shop.
- Provide photos, videos, and a description of the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered for defective or incorrect items only. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size/type selected by the customer.
